My Epson Colorsure P-800 paper pathway seems to either have some debris in it or is malfunctioning in some other way.
When the paper gets drawn in, I can see where it seems to get stuck and the paper gets slightly twisted from one spot in the paper - which is the exact same spot every time. The error message reads something like "the paper is stuck" with a "resume" option for after the stuck paper is removed.
I have tried turning the printer off and on, pulling the power the moment the printer's paper path opens up a bit right before it pulls the paper in, but trying to push thicker papers through or inspecting visually at has come up with nothing. Any ideas out there?
