hello

i have a strange problem with the prints from my damned HP 8500.

the printheads seems like can't print in a given width of the page.

The printheads are both new

I've tried my old printheads with the same results.

The stripes are always in the same point.

Does someone have idea what may be the reason for this problem?
Thank you in advance

Your timing strip is probably dirty.

Use the "Search" tab at the top, enter "timing AND strip" for the keyword, and set "show results as" to "posts". You'll find lots of posts that discuss this problem and how to fix it.

Α simple stain of ink on the strip created the problem, the printer now works perfectly.

Thank you very much.
