Even if Canon CD Labelprint is no longer offered for download by Canon It can be downloaded from here. I just checked the site and the download still works and AVG Internet Security found nothing wrong in the download.
Even if CD Labelprint is an old program it still works with newer Canon printers like the MG5450S that is of the PGI-550/CLI-551 cartridge generation. It might even work with newer printers, but I cannot test that. The program also works with the newest Windows versions 8.1 and 10 and both 32 and 64 bit versions.
