If a generic brand glossy photo paper says "Made in Germany" on the package, who is the most likely manufacturer?

Aldi and Lidl supermarkets have sold German made photo paper in most countries in Europe. These papers were very popular, as they were good papers at a very attractive price. The brand names varied, but on the back of the box it was either:

Sihl GMBH, Kreuzauer Str. 33, D-52355 Düren or netBIT GMBH & Co, Postfach 2161, D-49132 Wallenhorst.

So does your paper mention Sihl or netBIT on the package?

No, this is Berkley-Jensen photo paper from BJ's warehouse club. The package just says Made in Germany.
