A few weeks back, I (stupidly) put a dehumidifier next to my printer without realising that it was going to cause my printer some major problems. I bought a printhead cleaning kit and have tried several times now to unblock them, but it's just not working. The black and cyan nozzles are perfect, but the magenta and yellow ones are completely blocked.

I'm beginning to wonder if I'm going to have to purchase a new printhead, but I just thought I'd ask for advice on here before going ahead and doing it. Are there any tips and tricks that you guys could recommend as a last-ditch effort to revive my printhead?

You may try to flush the offending ink channels as shown here in this video, there are several similar ones as well on Youtube

Access to the printhead carriage may not be that easy in all cases especially when you a scanner on top.

Well, yeah - as I said, I've got a printhead cleaning kit and have tried flushing out the head with the cleaning fluid several times, using several different guides, and even leaving the fluid overnight, but nothing seems to be working.

I've looked at a few printhead replacement videos on YouTube and it doesn't look too difficult - anyone else here tried it?
