Hi
My Brother MFC640 died and a service was held. i was going to cost AU $150 to fix and that is from a friend and just for parts,
hence it has been sent to printer heaven!
I need a new printer, one which will print reliably on glossy card stock so I can make Christmas cards. Whilst the olf machine was a MFC I have to say that the lesson about loosing one appliance and you have lost the lot has not been wasted. The other functions of the MFC I can live without but it does appear they all coe with scan, copy and fax facilites these days.
I have conducted a net review search for 3 days, wandered down the the local shops and, in all honesty are still confused.
I do like th look of the Canon MX7600 but read it is noisy and constantly cleaning itself.
So any advice would eb appreciated
Thanks in anticipation
Susan
