print profiles for canon mx850

hello all,i wondered if someone maybe able to help me?
i have found several print profiles in the properties of my printer but i don't know what they do i was wondering if someone has some idea,they are listed below

cn898cc0
cn898db0
cn898eb0
cn898ec0
cn898mb0
cn898mc0
cn898rn3 (windows xp has set as default)
i'm using hobbicolors refill ink and kodak glossy photo paper
any help would be greatly appreciated
