Has anyone tried Print Pal Inks?? I have been using the OA100 Print Pal ink for the Epson 1280 and was very happy wiht it. Now I have switched to the Canon i9900 I wonder if anyone has tried the print pal inks and would share their experience? The carts are priced at $2.95ea.

I am also considering the refill route and have gathered much useful information form this site. If I go this route I will likely try the HobbiColor refill kit.

Thanks,

Pete

I have used the OA100 cartridges on a iP8500 printer.

See www.nifty-stuff.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=192&p=4 Post #31 third cartridge tested.

You need a custom printer profile to get the best colors with OA100 cartridges.

Refilling is easy to learn, and is preferred because you can order inks by ink number (Formulabs or Image
Specialist's inks) and then you know the specific ink you are using. Non OEM cartridges come from China and
the inks used are not known and may change over time. With refilled inks you also need custom printer
profiles for the best colors.
