Hi all,
I just received form chubs380 / Ebay the prefilled and refillable cartridge set for the R2400, followed the instructions but the printer see them as "empty".
Just prior to installing them I had 2 original carts showing "empty". I have restarted, reinstalled the carts, etc.
Any ideas?

TIA, Dan

All of them! LOL
Contact mikling here in this forum, he is the owner and will take care of you I'm sure.
So they ALL read as empty? That's odd that they are all not working. Sounds like it might be a problem at the printer end.

I have and use his carts on my R2400 and no problems.

After going through a series of tests, it was determined that the print driver was corrupted. Once it was removed, and the system reinstalled the driver, everything was up and running. I have had to reinstall mine once before with the same issues. The indication was not empty but the driver dialogue indicated an error in communication.

Hey, small world, we meet again. Thank for your quick response. I am printing happily, fine tuning the profiles for 3rd party paper.
Each of us is due a painless scenario once in a while. This was mine for this week.

I had a HP D7250 printer and purchased refillable cartridges and ink(precision ink). That printer clogged on me. Tried cleaning cartridges, print clean etc. The magenta colors would not print. I got a used C5180 printer that used the 02 cartridges and it worked great. So it could not have been a clogged cartridge. Now I am having the same trouble with the magenta color not printing at all. Anyone know what is going on? Is there a way to clean the area between the cartridges and the paper?
