Hi Folks,
Sorry if this has been covered before, but couldn't find after a search.
I've had one tank refilled, but the printer still sees as empty.
The dealer whe refilled advised to disable the 'tank monitor' function via the software.
Can't see this is possible, but hoping someone out there can help.
Also wonder if it's 'legal' for Canon to force consumers to use their products by chipping in this manner?
Reduces consumer choice which seems to contradict 'fair trading'.
TIA.
Dougie.
