Morning all,
79 and still alive after Covid,just??
I have a canon mg5750 printer scanner, had it for about 12 months, no trouble, does the job nicely, cheap replacement inks, then bang last week, paper jammed error 1300. Followed instructions, prints ONE page and then paper jammed, check machine no paper jammed, reset paper tray, press OK to register cassette, prints ONE page, paper jam, ad infinitum. Changed ink cartridges, prints one page, paper jam
Tried the local Canon dealer, "sorry we only do laser printers", there is NO dealer within Lancashire who will repair this machine.
Tried Canon UK, ignored of course.!!
Anyone any reasonable suggestions as to what I can do, apart from a very large hammer??
Replacement printer scanners seem to have quadrupled in price this last year?? or is this all a Canon plot of planned obsolescence??
