I can't get my red or yellow inks to display on my Epson CX5400. The black prints fine, but any color output won't display the yellows or reds, and when I run a nozzle check, there is only black and blue lines.
Also, any color output is very staggered horizontally, with white horizontal lines overlaying the graphic. When I run the black head alignment, everything seems fine. However, when I run the color head alignment, the two boxes are both blue, with no pink or yellow displayed. Also, the two boxes are so far apart that none of the selections is good. There is a big gap between each box.
Does anyone have any advice?
