What model printer do I need and what "hack" or other software can i use to print the WHOLE cd? I have a bunch of printable cd size discs that I want to print on and not have the printer/software leave out where the cd hole usually is. If anyone has any ideas or what to do, please let me know.

Thanks.

Next time please use forum search. As I said here: http://www.nifty-stuff.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1146

Get yourself a copy of http://www.magicmouse.com/h_discus_detail.html and forget all problems with printing.

If you want something that comes ready to go out of the box without "hacks" then get an Epson 2xx series. Get a more expensive Epson if you want the added functions that come with the bigger price tag.

If you want something to "hack" then get a Cannon. Use the links others have listed above to research the model that seems best for you. Many people seem to be happy with the iP4x00 model. I have the MP830 and love it.

As far as software, I recommend Acoustica CD Label Maker. It has Cannon (and Epson) templates built in. You can download a demo and try it free. Other folks like other label applications. It's personal choice. Read the links above or search the forum for more info.

BTW, a friend of mine has a 1970 Chrysler 300H. It's a real beauty. So nice even the tires are original. You can see it at http://www.hubcapcafe.com/ocs/pages01/chry7002.htm

Edit - Period removed at end of link. Thanks to on30trainman for the heads up.

Nice car.
It's a blast to ride in. Instant time machine. Takes you back 30+ years. And it's a big old boat - feels like your sitting on your sofa at home.

Speaking of the comforts of home, you'd have no problem adding a couple of networked computers, large screen monitors, an All-In-One printer and a minifridge inside that car for the ultimate portable computing experience.

I know. I have computer issues.
