Why is it complaining about my signature being to long now??? I'm trying to update it to get rid of the smiley that seems to of popped up but keeps moaning about length.

Rewrite that line like this:
Copy just what is inside the box, without the "code" part.
It will display like this:
OctoInkjet - Waste Kits, CIS Systems, Inks and Refill Tools.
