Two new printers by Epson don't use cartridges any more. There is a build in CIS, and the printers come with enough ink to print 4000 pages (B/W).
Ink for these printers is sold by Epson in bottles, the ink is not expensive.
The models are: L555 and L355.

This is good news for us refillers. No more chipped cartridges, resetters and external CIS.
Of course you can use your own ink, but the Epson ink bottles are not expensive.

I don't know what type of unit you need , you may look up a L355 on Amazon, as well a L210, but that is pretty (very) slow, I wouldn't recommend that one. Those units with an integral Epson CISS are not available in all markets equally, typically in lower price countries - Far East, middle/east Europe, some models not in Germany or UK , so there is some gray importing going on. I'm using a L300 since 15 months with 52 000 pages at this time, it's very convenient with their CISS. That unit got imported from Poland. O.K., that' all EU - a European common market , but not for Epson.....since this model is not sold in Germany
