Need tutorial on German method of refilling

Could someone please send me a website link that demonstrates the German method of refilling.

If you go up to the links near the top of this page, you will see one that says Nifty-Stuff. Click on that and then click on Printers under Categories off to the right. There you will see an article on the German refill method.
