hello, ive recently formatted my computer,
and need to reinstall my printer


....


but ive lost the disk!

you know where i can download the software,

im guessin if you can do it for one dell you can do it for any

so no need get model number (because i dont know it )

If you don't know the model number, you cannot find the right driver for your printer!!
What it says on the name plate at the back of your printer?

embguy is 100% correct. Somewhere on your printer will be the model #...you have to know it when you order more cartridges.

Once you get the model number, you can download the correct drivers from the Dell website. If you have problems with the downloading, I'm sure Dell would sell you a new driver disk very cheaply. Call them and speak to a techie....
