need help :(

hi everyone! im new here. i have a problem with my printer lately. magenta have no print-out when nozzle checked using ciss, even aftre head cleaned. i had tried this using 2 different ciss cartridges. however, when i place original cartridge, nozzle will print all colors even without cleaning. please help. your suggestions will be highly appreciated..

You don't say what type of printer you have which would help, but it sounds like you have an ink flow problem in your CIS's magenta cartridge. It could be an air gap problem or a blockage of the air vent preventing the ink from flowing.

Did something change in your environment that could have caused ink to get into the cartridge's air vent? Move the printer? Move the CIS?
