MP198 resetter?

There was an iPTool for my old printer that resets the EEPROM or something so that every time I insert a new cart, it shows it as new, as well as get rid of the waste tank full message. Does anyone know of a program like this for the MP198 printer?

I did a google search and all I can find are for MPC 190, which I figured out does not work with my printer.
