Missing Location Info

I'm missing the location info of the members. In the old system this was visible if the member had provided this info. It is still available if I right-click the member info at the left of the post and choose "open in a new tab", but this is inconvenient.

If a member asks where to buy something, location info is needed for others to provide an answer.

Is it possible to show this info again?

Hey Peter, thanks for the question!

We use to have the ability for members to post where they were located (country, state, region) but found it wasn't used very much. We also discovered that this platform doesn't come with that option.

We do have it on our todo list and if we find more members are wanting this feature we can bump it up the list.

It would be useful as there's often queries asking for suppliers, support centres, etc.. where the users country would be useful.

Of course if folks don't use it, well, can see your point about redundancy so could be an "if only people said..." type deal

It would be great if all members can start adding in an Avatar of some sort
now that we got a brand new playground,
then maybe later on Rob would add in the locations below it.

There has been a lot of new Avatars add since the move so how about it guys,
can we keep the moment going and add lots more..

I should be able to add a "location" field that displays under the avatar. It won't be a select country/state/region like before, but will probably be a free-form field.
