Maintenance question for my ET-8550

I was referred to this forum by Keith Cooper. I loaded a piece of paper into my ET-8550 with the wrong side up, and it made quite a mess inside the printer. I finally got it cleaned up, but in doing so wiped some of the lubricant from the wire mechanism. Does anyone know what would be a proper lubricant to use to remedy my carelessness?

I only would look for some greasing if you hear some noise from the print mechanism
