Magenta Doesn't Work

Hi Everyone!

Don't know if this was asked already, but
on my Canon Pixma IP4000 all of a sudden the Magenta stopped printing.
I changed the cartridge.
I took out the print head.
I cleaned it with Isopropyl Alcohol, which has worked on my printers.
I've been able to clean old Canon printers which didnt print at all using this method. But I am stumped here.
