Looking for the ISO/JIS-SCID N5 pattern

Hi,
Ive looked for this on Canons Website and cant seem to find it. I managed to find Niftys reference to this image as well as a few others after a google search, but they are all really small, so small that if you try and resize it, it is extremely blurry.

Maybe we are not supposed to print it, as it may be copywrited, I dont know.

Any ideas anyone?

Manuchau, I couldnt find anything, but thanks for the link anyway. I also tried again on Canons site and using other search engines but havnt found anything yet.

Yep, thats about the best one I can find too. The other ones I dug up through googling which came up with some oriental sites. Most of the hits just referred to the spec list.

Im sure I remember seeing a big clear version of it somewhere.
