My printer experience is mostly with Canon, I also have some experience with HP, but I do not know anything about Brother, so I have no opinion about that printer. From the forum index page, judged by number of posts, you can see that Canon printers seem to be most popular on this forum, followed by Epson, HP and then other brands.
The Brother printer seems to be the least expensive, so maybe it is a good buy? Maybe someone has comments on the brother printer?
