I just ordered some c***p inexpensive Chinese CIS systems to test in my Canons. I would like to find a good graphic to do some before and after prints to check quality. For my MX850, I will print with the OEM carts installed. Then clean it out, install the CIS and print with the supplied ink to check it out. If it is good enough for general usage, I will use the supplied ink. I want to check the quality against the OEM print. If all is OK I will install a 2nd system in my daughters MX850 which I am waiting to set up. If there are too many problems with the ink, I will flush them out and try other inks.

As for my pro9000, I will use up my OEM carts, then see about using the other CISs somehow. This one I will want to keep as close to OEM colors as I can, I do not plan to use the CIS inks on it. If I can not get them doghouse rigged on it I will flush and reuse OEM carts.

So, what do I use to check my printout?
