It is filling cartridges with this method correct?

It is filling cartridges with this method correct? Have a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuDXgUa2I3k
Filling is performed through the hole for air suction by vacuum. Is it OK? I thought that through this opening and the thin capillaries flow only air and no ink. Not bad technique? The internet is procedure similar, but uses a vacuum to the second hole.

Filled from both holes??!! When will ink in thin capillaries, will generate larger vacuum, it is not bad?
