I'm aware of the waste ink issues with Epson printers but I don't see much written about the same issue on HP printers. Yet I must assume they generate waste ink when flushing the print head.
I've got the C309a and we are using it quite a bit, to the point that we've used almost half the black ink in the CIS in less than a month. I'm wondering if perhaps I should craft my own waste ink tank to keep the internal tank and foam from getting saturated and hope that a waste ink counter reset procedure is released by the time I need it.
