Is 213 the best price to buy MP990 and 193 for MP980? Any cheaper?

Can anyone suggest how I could reduce the price?

I've done a Google.co.uk search and these are the best prices I can find.

200's a bit much.

That is expensive. In the U.S. , you can get an MP990 for around $200 USD (123) and the MP980 for
$170 USD (104). Sorry, I know that doesn't help you any.

I might have to try the MP640 (which I'm sure is also expensive, here, at 130) or the 07/08 MP600R, for 130 also. The 600R does use the larger CLI-8 and PGI-5 cartridges, though.

The prices really are a joke.

The MP640 is a good printer it's about 96 UKP in Tokyo remember that it's uses those PGI-520/521 carts so you will need to get yourself a resetter or disable the ink monitoring
