I'm getting the above message on the blue cartridge but when I remove it and reseat it the red light comes on. However when I close the cover the printer goes through its test and the orange lamp on the printer flashes and the red cartridge light is off.

I've recently refilled this cartridge and I thought I reset the chip but this may not have been the case. I tried to reset the chip but I don't get the red light to say its been reset.

Can anyone help ?

Thanks,
Peter

ps I've just counted the number of flashes of the orange lamp and it is 15 - what does this indicate and can it be reset ?

Penmore,

As Tigerwan pointed out: one two three.....into the dumpster and get a new one.
