IP4500's Discontinued IP4600= new chips

The 4500's are disappearing fast in Canada, with Staples blowing them out the door at 39.99 as discontinued. Online searches will not pull up the IP4500 on the Staples canadian website.

Having finally been able to reset the cli-8 series of cards, I would advise Canon fans to grab an Ip4500 while they still can.

I was lucky and managed to find 3 of them an an obscure location at the deal price!

In the states, they are in shorter supply, but the AIO models you can get are within $50 of the ip4600. You can get a referb for about the same price as a ip4600.

Just checked in the UK...

Seems Canon have worked overtime to get those old chips off the market and the new ones in ASAP.
