Introducing myself

Hello all. I'm Tom Engstrom and as the former, now retired, lead technician for Macy's Parade and Entertainment I'm expected to know everything ever needed to be known about anything technical including printers by all of my friends and family. The problem is that I don't. So I populate forums like these so that I can continue pulling off my ruse of being all-knowing to the technically impared. I don't know how often I'll be on here, but since printer issues always seem to come up you may see a bit of me seeking help from all of you who really do know what you're doing.

Not so much a sweet talker as old enough to be painfully aware of my limitations and not afraid to scream for help. I do have a sense of humor though.
