Interesting information on Kirkland (Costco) photo paper

Thanks for the link. I have used both the Swiss and US flavors of this paper and do/did like the Swiss version better. But not for the same reason the fellow on dpreview.com disliked it for. Since I don't use pigment inks for color photos I can't compare to his results. I don't see any difference in the photo quality between the two versions using my Canon ip6000D. But I did see a fading difference between them with the US paper fading more. This was during my unscientific tests this past summer using both Canon OEM and Hobbicolor inks. The Hobbicolor inks faded a little more than the Canon OEM on both papers, but the fading was more on the Kirkland US paper with both inks.

Epson 4800,R3000 & 9600
I noticed on the HP Advanced Photo Paper (10.5mil/250gm/66lb from BJ's) is made in Switzerland. Is this Hp paper and Kirkland paper made by the same company? I'm just curious.
