Inktoo on eBay? Anyone used their inks, carts, or CIS?

I must admit I'm attracted to the lower price of their pigmented inks. I have an R200 I'd like to convert to pigmented inks, and the place I normally buy pigmented inks has gone up to $120 for a set of 4 ounces each (110ml) of 6 colors.

Anyone used Inktoo? Quality? Service?
