Hi
I am talking about home and office printers, not specialized photo/art printers.
Manufacturers don't state these speeds. If anyone tried printing on glossy labels, please share your speed and the rated speed of the printer at 80 gsm plain paper.
Thanks

The higher the print quality the lower the print speed, regardless of media used, most printers have 3 print quality modes..

Does this mean printing a certain file on 130-160 gsm white glossy label sheets on default quality will have the same speed as printing this file on 80 gsm plain paper on default quality?

Yes.. The media used has no bearing on output speed, its purely down to print quality..
