i960 paper feed sqeak

Whenever my i960 feeds paper... or progresses it through the printer, I get a loud squeak. Sounds like something needs grease. Has anyone had this problem before? I lubed all visible lubilbe parts, but not luck... Are there any panels I can unscrew or can I take any of the plastic cover off to perhaps get a better look at the gears?

Yes. You should probably service your printer to avoid later griefs. You need a service manual to do this right, though.

This happened to me a few years ago. Turns out there was a tiny piece of styrofoam inside. Take a vacuum cleaner and see if you can vacuum out any dirt or debris.
