I guess you hit the target.
Following up the statement made by Craig Ross, I managed to find the technical specs of that ultrasonic cleaning machine and indeed it is operating at 39 kHz, but unlike Craig's thinking, it is not a price issue, because the CP 104 costs 500 .
I guess the need of having an "ideal" operating frequency on jewellery stuff is different than on printheads.
BTW, I think Craig meant Khz and not Hz.

Craigg64, I flushed so much distilled water in the inlets that no single drop of ink was present in the printhead, I guarantee.
Unfortunately the effect was null :(

This is a good lesson and I'm glad we can share it on this forum.
