I am retired potographer, working with Eson Artison 1320c for personal projects like greeting cards

My Artison 1430 prnter won't respond to brilliance commands.Prints too dark even with plus-25 setting. Can get good print only when prnt itself is *30 lighter

Since when do you observe this effect - just recently or already since a long time ? What is your software environment - op. system - software you use to print - use of icc-profiles - OEM or refill - which paper(s) are you using ?
