HP PhotoSmart marks (dents) CDs while printing?

Hi!

I've this printer (C5580 specifically) and I've found that, printed cds have straight vertical lines evenly spaced; 4 in total, in the CD surface. I think they are because of the rollers that move the CD tray out of the printer, that roll over the CD and ruin the ink.

Is that so? If so... oh my god, what a bad design from HP! Is there any way to fix this?

Are always the lines on the same CD area? Have you tried diff CDs?

It make sense the rollers could be gone bad. How long do you have that printer for?
