I got an error saying that the output engine is stopped.
I have not printed any page yet.
It says to remove paper from the output bin and check what is causing the output not to open.

I saw something like this explanation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fjv5ZgLx-kg

I would appreciate any explanation for this.

The most likely explanation is that the little flap that opens (top right above the output tray) is blocked or failing to open. Have you removed all the tape and other bits that are attached to the printer for transportation?

Maybe post a few pictures of your printer from various angles open bays, etc... that may help us figure out what might be going on.

The flap is opening and not blocked. A roller in the lower part of the flap doesn´t seem to move at all. I will double check for extra tapes but i removed more a lot of blue tape. I will try to get photos after.
On start up the printer it tries to load paper before giving the error.
