HP 56 Refilled Testing problem

One of the 56 refilled cart, while Testing on HP 5550 printer, the INK sign on the printer blinks continuously and the printer not working. Is it due to

Cart head damage?
Circuit damage?
Over filling ?

anybody explain the reason.

Yes...Your printer does not know that you have refilled your cartridge. It only knows that you put the same cartridge back into your printer.
Your printer remembers the last 2 cartridges you use. Start saving your old ones as they become used up - you will need them. If you have any old ones or can get old ones from friends, here is what you do:

Put in an old one..and let the machiine go through it's routine. Remove old cart # 1.

Put in old cart "2"...and let the machiine go through it's routine. Remove cart # 2.

Put in your refilled cartridge. Your printer will now recognize the cartridges as a new one..
