Hp 15 says its empty when its full???

Hp black 15 says its empty when its full??? any ideas? is there something I'm not doing?

If you have any empties, put one in and see if it does the same thing. Some HP models remember the last 2 cartridges by means of a chip, although this doesn't usually happen with the #15 models.

That should do it. Please post results when the problem is solved.

Check this link to reset HP carts (if this is the problem with your printer). One of my printers used a 15 cart, but did not require reset.
