I hope someone could help me here.

I am trying to replace the out of date ink cartridge of my Epson 880 (There is still ink in the cartridge, though). But it seems that I could not find a way to do it.

Even though Epson web site and some other info on the internet says there is a "Replace Ink Cartridge" button under the utility tab of the printer property, but I cannot find it on my menu. This is the info I got earlier :

========================================================================

1. Make sure the printer is plugged in but not printing.

2. Click "Start", point to "Settings", then select Printers.

3. Right click the "Epson Stylus Printer " icon and click "Properties" from the menu that appears.

4. Click the "Utility" tab, then click the "Ink Cartridge Replacement" button.

5. Follow the instructions on the screen to replace the ink cartridge.

6. Wait several minutes until the printer has completed charging the ink before resuming printing.

=========================================================================

Am I missing anything here? I downloaded the latest driver and did installation again but there is still no such "Ink Cartridge Replacement" button.

Could someone help me here? Thanks a lot.

With the printer on -

Press and hold the center button until the cartridges move over to the left -

Lift up the cover - and replace cartridge -

When finished press center button - cartridges will move right and begin to charge with ink.

Thanks. That solves my problem. Never noticed the center button can do that. It is working fine now.
