How to refill HP22

Hi guys,
New to all this so this may be a very basic question.......How do you fill a HP22 cart?

The HP 22 is basically the same as the Hp 28 and 57...here are some instructions

Before sticking the needle in the hole, stick a toothpick in the hole to verify the colour.
Been there and screwed that up on HP carts.
