Hi All,
I have lately used ArgyllCMS colprof to create printer profile using my SpyderPrint colorimeter handreader, made possible using script read_image_patch_colors.py and its ti1 / ti2 files for SpyderPrint targets.

I wanted to test if it is possible to use exported LAB values from SpyderPrint, then create a ti3 file using the LAB values and RGB values from the ti2 file for the related target read (for example High Quality Target (1-page, 225-patches), or High Quality Target Plus Grays (2-pages, 463-patches) ), and at the end create a calibration file for the colorimeter. Then, one could apply the calibration to exported LAB values before using colprof for creating profile, possible increasing accuracy.

How could one make such a calibration file? Is synthcal or printcal the tool to used? and what command would be recommended?

Thanks for any help :)
