how to control the hand-held printer via cellphone?

my cell is NOKIA6235,besides,i have a hand-held printer.
i have no idea of how to proceed.

i 'd like to output the infomation on the cellphone screen to the printer.

my programming language is Java(J2me)

what element should i consider,and not?

besides,i 'd like to know whether there is a difference between computer

operating system when the printing is concerned.is the printing command collection independent with operating system and programming language?

does the function languange dependent?in my idea,it is.but i'd like to confirm it whether or not.
