how repair epson t50 motherboard my printer dead!

my epson t50 not powering on I am somewhat familiar with electronics. Please guide me in repairing. I don't know how to troubleshoot the formatter board with a multimeter. Please help.

I don’t know the printer, but here is a service manual. Click the button marked "Скачать" to download. Neither AVG Internet Security nor Malwarebytes Antimalware found anything wrong in the download.

I'm not aware of a document epxlaining board level repair on component level. About the only thing you can do is to trace the power input into the circuitry , there is most likely as a very first component a fuse, or more - per different voltage, and if it's the fuse(s) there is most likely a reason for a blown fuse.

But what is the problem to start with - what happened before the problem occured - e.g. a paper jam or some error code by the driver or ????
