Getting Fingers Dirty
First post, but have been reading the forum for a year. Finally diving into the world of refilling and profiling, and based on recommendations gleaned here I just purchased a used Canon i8500 on eBay. Should be here next week, at which point I want to mothball my trusty (but unable to print 5x7) S900 and keep it in reserve for possible future use. What is the best condition in which to pack it away so it will fire up perfectly? I suspect I should run the printhead cleaning procedure and clean the waste tank...any other recommendations?
