How do I convert ADOC files to PDF for printing?

Hello evrveryone.

I write manuals and technical docs in AsciiDoc format and need to convert them to PDF so I can send them to my home printer. The problem is that when I convert using asciidoctor pdf, the margins come out uneven and page breaks land in strange places once printed.

Text also looks slightly cut off near the edges on some pages. Has anyone here dealt with getting ADOC to PDF conversions print-ready?

I am looking for advice on setting proper page size, margins, and print-friendly fonts during conversion so the final PDF looks clean on paper instead of just on screen.

Any tool recommendations or printer settings that help would be great.
