Hi all,

I'm Frederic. I started a small business 2 years ago, making customized fortune cookies. I've bought a new Canon Pixma G3200 for it, filled it with edible ink since day 1, and had the pleasure to do thorough cleaning of the print head a few times already. And the subjects for which I've done a lot of reading lately are related to food-safe printing.
