Thanks in advance to anyone attempting to assist me.
I have a SAWGRASS SG500 which has an error displayed which I can not bypass, rendering the printer useless. The error code is SC202-12, which appears to be related to the black ink. Problem is I have gone through several sets of INK, which was 3rd party and the error persist. Ive done cleanings, alignments every thing from those onboard troubleshooting to manual cleaning. I just want to get this unit back online otherwise its a very expensive paperweight.
